Tony Nulsen Engineering Manager
Tony is an electrical engineer with over 30 years of high-tech industry experience. Â He has taken many products/services from concept through to successful commercialisation in international and Australian markets. He has both general management and board experience, and is very familiar with the start-up environment. Tony is a founder of four start-ups including FTR, which is now owned by Melbourne IT and Sanford now owned by CBA. He has a long-standing interest in solar technology and plays a key role in the development and roll out of Bright Generation's solar products.

Craig Larkin National Sales Manager
Prior to joining Bright Generation Craig has enjoyed senior roles within sales and marketing for over 20 years. Most recently as General Manager of Sales and Marketing with the Retravision WA group of businesses from 2001 to 2009. In this capacity he had P&L responsibility for the sales performance of the group across WA, SA and NT. Upon joining the business in 2001 sales were in excess of $250 million, by 2009 they were in excess of $500 million. Craig also acted as the National Merchandise Manager for Retravision Australia negotiating trading terms with all key suppliers. Previously, he held the role of National Marketing Manager for York International, a global commercial air-conditioning manufacturer with sales in excess of $2billion. He also worked as Training Director for Asia Pacific overseeing sales engineer training programs out of York's training facility in Shanghai, China.

Andrea Hegarty: Operations Manager Bachelor of Business (Accounting Major, Business Law Minor)

Andrea has in excess of 20 years experience in finance, quality assurance, operational and project management within the freight, air-conditioning and solar technology industries. Her roles have required expertise in adapting to rapid organisational growth whilst remaining focused on core principles of innovation, service, respect, systems and quality to ensure positive customer experiences. She is passionate about helping people achieve their potential, maintaining high standards and leading by example to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Andrea also has an Advanced Certificate in Quality Management and a Master Builders Assoc of WA Construction Training Card.
