Chris Arms
Chris a licensed plumber who ran his own business for 15 years, the core focus was hot water sales, installations and repairs. The business was aligned with Dux Hot Water and he assisted them with the install of early solar hot water system proto types along with the development of installation manuals for their solar products. He then set-up their national install division, Dux Connect, and worked closely with installers nationally to provide a high quality delivery to builders, merchants and retail customers.

At Bright Generation Chris focuses on installation efficiencies.

Keith Couzinwood Director - K.inc Marketing Pty Ltd
Keith has worked in the marketing industry for over ten years, establishing K.inc Marketing in 2002. K.inc Marketing offers high quality project management services and assists its clients to successfully fulfill their commercial objectives. The company has a broad range of clients across a number of sectors including financial services, insurance, energy, retail, fashion and government. Projects involve a variety of media channels, including online, direct mail, database marketing, event management, telemarketing and promotions. K.inc has worked extensively with some of Australia's largest utilities companies, and has a very strong understanding of cost effective customer acquisition programs and the triggers that will switch the solar consumer on.

Keith's work with Bright Generation focuses on brand equity and consumer behaviour.

Paul Kohlenbach
Dr Paul Kohlenbach is the director of Solem Consulting and considered by many to be a solar cooling expert with over 11 years of professional experience with solar cooling systems. Before starting with Solem, Paul worked from 2005 to 2008 as a key research scientist at CSIRO Energy Technology in Newcastle, Australia. His area of research included the development of a residential scale solar cooling system for Australian homes. Paul is also an expert in TRNSYS software used for dynamic system simulations.

Prior to moving to Australia, Paul was the director of the research and development department at Phoenix SonnenWarme AG, Berlin, Germany (now called Sonnenklima) from 2001 to 2005. There his focus was on developing a small-scale solar cooling system based on an absorption chiller. Paul received his PhD on control strategies and transient performance of solar cooling systems from the Technical University of Berlin in 2005. Prior to that he earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Process Engineering from the Technical Universities of Darmstadt and Berlin. During his studies he worked as a research assistant at the University of Auckland, N.Z., and the Australian National University in Canberra. He is a member of commission E2 of the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR), a member of the International Energy Agency (IEA) Solar Cooling and Heating Program, Task 38 and while working for CSIRO initiated the Special Interest Group 'Solar Cooling' (ausSCIG) in Australia.

Paul's work with Bright Generation focuses on technical validation of Bright Generation's Solar Air Conditioner.
