Andrew Hall Founder and Managing Director B.Sc M.Sc
Andrew is currently the Managing Director of Bright Generation and has more than 10 years experience in building high technology companies in the Cleantech field. Prior to founding Bright Generation, Andrew was an investment manager at Stone Ridge Ventures and an independent advisor to the $200M Commonwealth Commercialising Emerging Technologies program where he assisted companies achieve a variety of commercial outcomes including trade sales, in / out licensing and raise capital in excess of $50M. In addition to his role at Bright Generation, he is a member of the Stone Ridge Ventures investment committee, an independent expert advisor to the WA State Government $36.5M Low Energy Emissions Fund. In the past Andrew has been a technical and commercial advisor to the National Center for Excellence in Desalination and a member of Murdoch University Discoverer's grant committee.

Rob Newman (Chair) B.Eng PhD
Rob Newman has established a unique track record as a successful Australian high technology entrepreneur in both Australia and Silicon Valley.  He has twice founded and built technology based businesses from Western Australian Universities and both times successfully entered overseas markets. Collectively these businesses have established market values of over $200M.

Rob started his entrepreneurial career early. As a Ph.D. student at the University of Western Australia he was the inventor and co-founder of QPSX Communications Pty Ltd, which sold products to telecommunication carriers in Australia, Europe and the U.S. He was also the founding CEO of Atmosphere Networks.  For this enterprise the technology was developed at Curtin University and the company established with US venture capital. Rob ran it until Ditech Communications acquired it. He is also co-founder and executive director of Stone Ridge Ventures - Western Australia's leading technology venture capital firm.

Mr Graham J Griffiths B.Bus FAICD (Managing Director Ipernica)
Graham joined Ipernica in 2000 and has overall responsibility for the Company's operations including strategy, corporate governance, human resources, investor relations and partnership development. With over 30 years experience in developing and commercialising innovative technologies, he has held various senior executive sales, marketing and product development positions with AT&T Corporation and NCR Corporation in the USA and Asia Pacific region. Graham is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and member of the Licensing Executives Society of Australia and the Australian Venture Capital Association Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of NGIS Australia Pty Ltd.

Hans Brekelmans
Hans manages both sales for the ZEN group and the production of ZEN in Belgium. His education includes a Degree in Business Administration and a Mechanical Engineering Degree majoring in heating and cooling technology. Hans has a talent for languages and speaks five fluently, including, Dutch, German, Spanish, French and English. He has been involved in international business for over 25 years, including more than 15 years with the international solar industry including Solarhart and Conergy AG. His expertise is strategic planning and developing product markets on a global basis.
